Do I need a pre-arranged survey conducted?

No, when we value your property we will also conduct a thorough building survey, again this service will cost you precisely nothing.

If I accept your offer do I need a solicitor?

You can use our legal team totally free of charge to speed up the sale. If you prefer to use your own solicitors, then we will pay for their services for you.

How soon do you pay out?

As soon as you sign the paperwork we will electronically bank transfer your funds to you, usually cleared within seventy hours.

When do I need to move out?

At the point of sale we will organise a suitable time scale for you to move out of your home. Please be advise that you can always use our sell and rent back scheme should the need arise.
